Permanent Eyeliner (Black)

It always makes me happy to see people thrilled with their results. A girl from West Hollywood came in yesterday and asked for a black permanent eyeliner that was somewhat of a makeup look, however she wanted it clean and extended a bit at the wings. The difference was astounding! We were both so pleased.
