Congratulations to one of our clients!

Sheila Bella Permanent Makeup wants to congratulate one of our clients, actress, model and Miss Teen Philippines 2009 Miss Charlene Brandt. I attended her solo concert last night and it was an incredible feat for an 18 year old to carry an audience by herself for an hour. All while looking amazing and touch up free under those hot stage lights!
