Before you get permanent makeup…

It always helps to be prepared before going into any procedure. Here are a few tips to keep in mind before coming in for your permanent makeup!

All procedures at Sheila Bella are multi-session processes. After your first visit, we will schedule you a follow up perfecting and touch-up appointment to assure the work is complete and you are satisfied! We usually have you come back 3 to 4 weeks after your first visit.

Give yourself a couple days to relax and heal! Since the work may be done in sensitive areas that may slightly swell or redden, some clients feel it best not to make any social plans for a day or two following the procedure. Although, some go right back to work and play no problem! This is completely up to you!

If possible wear your normal makeup and bring your lip or brow pencils the day of the procedure! This is all about what YOU want! We want to help make you feel beautiful and happy!

Be aware, if you are planning to get any eye procedures done, you need to be off Latisse’ for 1 month prior. We also ask that you remove any eyelash extensions before any eye application. Also, if you’re considering getting Botox done, make sure you do it after your permanent makeup is complete.

Make sure you do any tweezing or waxing at least 48 hours before your procedure, and electrolysis no less than 5 days before. You shouldn’t resume any method of hair removal for at least 2 weeks!
